Welcome to SheWell, your safe space for online therapy. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and manage your data, including payment processing, refunds, and financial transactions.
By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


1. Information We Collect
To provide our services, we collect the following types of data:
1.1. Personal Information
    ● Clients: Full name, email, phone number, and payment details (for processing transactions).
    ● Psychologists: Full name, qualifications, specialty, professional verification documents, and CCP details (for receiving payments).
1.2. Transaction & Payment Information
    ● Payments are processed through CCP or Baridi Mob.
    ● We do not store full CCP or Baridi Mob details—transactions are
securely handled by the payment processor.
    ● Session fee amounts, refunds, and psychologist payouts are recorded
for transparency.
1.3. Session & Communication Data
    ● Session history (date, time, psychologist, status).
    ● Secure session links for therapy sessions.


2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data for the following purposes:
    ● To process payments for therapy sessions.
    ● To schedule and confirm therapy appointments.
    ● To transfer payments to psychologists.
    ● To manage refunds when applicable.
    ● To ensure platform security and compliance with Algerian financial
laws.

3. Payment & Financial Transactions
3.1. Client Payment Process
    ● Clients must pay before the session starts using CCP or Baridi Mob.
    ● Once the payment is received, a secure session link is provided for the
session.
3.2. Payment to Psychologists
    ● After a completed session, the payment is held in the SheWell system
until the psychologist requests a withdrawal.
    ● Psychologists can withdraw their earnings once they accumulate at
least 2500 DZD.
    ● Withdrawals are processed once per week.
    ● In exceptional cases, a psychologist may request a second withdrawal
in the same week, subject to approval.
    ● Payments are processed via CCP within 5 business days maximum after
the withdrawal request.
3.3. Refund Policy
    ● Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel the session before it
starts.
    ● Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel the session at least 24
hours before the scheduled start time.
    ● Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours
before the session starts.
    ● Refund requests must be submitted through the website’s support
section with proof of payment.
    ● Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned to the
original payment method.
    ● No refunds will be issued after the session has started or been
completed.


4. Data Protection & Security
We implement strict security measures to protect your financial and personal
data:
    ● End-to-end encryption for all transactions.
    ● Secure servers for storing limited user information.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure
SheWell does not sell or rent your data.
However, we may share limited data with:
    ● Payment providers (CCP, Baridi Mob) to process transactions.
    ● Regulatory authorities if required by Algerian financial laws.
    ● IT service providers who help maintain website security.
All third parties are contractually obligated to protect user data.

6. User Rights & Account Management
6.1. Clients
    ● Can edit their personal details on the website.
    ● Can delete their account upon request.
6.2. Psychologists
    ● Can update their CCP payment details for accurate transfers.
    ● Must maintain an active CCP account to receive payments.
    ● Can request earnings withdrawals once the 2500 DZD threshold is
reached.
    ● Withdrawals can be requested once per week, with a second request
allowed in exceptional cases.

7. Refund Policy (Detailed)
7.1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
    ● Full Refund: If a client cancels a session before it starts, they are eligible
for a full refund.
    ● No Refund: If the session has already started or was completed, refunds
are not allowed.
7.2. How to Request a Refund
    1. Submit a refund request via the support section of our website.
    2. Include:
        ○ Full name
        ○ Payment method (CCP or Baridi Mob)
        ○ Payment proof (receipt or transaction ID)
        ○ Reason for cancellation
    3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
7.3. Refund Exceptions
    ● If a psychologist fails to attend the session, the client will receive a full
refund.
    ● If the client misses the session, no refund will be issued.
    ● In cases of technical issues on our side, refunds may be processed on a
case-by-case basis.

8. Compliance with Algerian Laws
SheWell operates in compliance with Algerian laws and regulations, including:
    ● Law No. 18-05 of May 10, 2018, on E-Commerce: Governs electronic transactions and requires that one party to the electronic contract be of Algerian nationality, reside legally in Algeria, or be a legal entity under Algerian law. It also prohibits electronic transactions involving certain goods and services, such as games of  chance, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and products infringing intellectual property rights.
    ● Law No. 09-04 of August 5, 2009, on Specific Rules for the Prevention and Fight Against Offenses Related to Information and Communication Technologies: Establishes measures to prevent and combat offenses related to information and communication technologies.
    ● Law No. 20-05 of April 28, 2020, on the Prevention and Fight Against Discrimination and Hate Speech: Aims to prevent and combat discrimination and hate speech, ensuring the protection of individuals' rights and promoting tolerance within society.

9. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant
changes, we will notify users via email or a notice on our website.
